SUMMER CLASS SPECTACULAR
Join BTB school of music for invigorating class sessions held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday staring the week of June 25th! Choose from our morning sessions starting at 11:00 AM or our afternoon sessions beginning at 2:00 PM. 6 week sessions run until the week of August 5th.
Kids Bucket Drumming
Bucket drumming offers a fun and interactive way to learn the basics of drumming. Classes are designed for children 7 to 13 years old and are held on Wednesdays at 11:00 am. Classes start June 26th.
What you need to bring:
Everything is provided including drum sticks and buckets. If students would like to bring their own sticks, they may.
Cost:
$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Little Kids Big Voices Children Classes
Join Breaking the Barrier School of Music on Tuesdays at 11:00 am for our Little Kids BIG voices class. Little Kids BIG Voices is designed for children ages 6 months to 5 years old to explore music through a fun and interactive class. Next Session Starts June 25th.
Who is this for?
Anyone interested in learning about music ages 6 months to 5 years old. Special needs children are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Cost:
$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Ukulele Class
Learn how to play one of the most fun instruments to play – the Ukulele. Classes are designed for children ages 6 to 13 and are held on Tuesdays at 2:00 pm. Classes start June 25th.
What you need to bring:
You are welcome to bring your own Ukulele or use one of ours.

$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Kids Jam Band
Join the band with our Kids Jam Band session. We will be focusing on how to perform in a band setting. Jam session classes are designed for children ages 8 to 15 and are held on 2:00 pm. Classes start June 26th.
What you need to bring:
Any instrument you are currently playing.
Cost:
$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Kids Piano Class
Learn to play the piano in a group setting. This class is designed to introduce you to the basics of playing the piano in a fun and interactive setting. Classes are held on Thursdays at 11:00 am and are for children 6 – 12 years old. Classes start June 27th.
What you need to bring:
No need to bring anything – everything is provided.
Cost:
$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Song Writing Class
Learn how to write all kinds of music or improve your songwriting abilities in a group setting. Classes are designed for young adults ages 10 to 18 and are held on Thursdays at 2:00 pm. Classes start June 27th.
What you need to bring:
Just your creativity. You are also welcome to bring any instrument that you think will help with the creation of music.

$90 per session (6 classes) or $20 per class for drop-in sessions.
Summer Band Jam Camp is Back!
Our band jam camp is a week long performance camp for students aged 8-12 years old*, held from 9am-2pm during two different weeks this summer. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to play various instruments in a group setting with a final performance at the end of the week. There is no previous experience required as students will learn how to perform on all instruments presented.
What you need to bring:
Students will need to bring a packed lunch to be eaten outdoors, weather permitting. Lunch break will also include recess at the local playground.
What will be provided:
Students will be given access to guitars, pianos, drums, and pBuzz instruments. These instruments will be supplied with all necessary items for performance i.e. drumsticks, guitar picks, and mouthpieces.

There will be two sessions offered for the summer of 2024;
July 8-July 12
August 5- August 9
Cost:
Session price for 1 child is $350 and includes a $5 non-refundable deposit. Additional siblings are $300 per child.
Your spot in class is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Payment can be made by cash, check or online through individual invoice. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Registrations received after the start of the session will not be prorated. There will be no refunds for missed classes.

Registration Policies
Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your spot in a group music class is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Payment can be made by cash, check or online through individual invoice. Once we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
While every effort is made to run our classes per the posted schedule, Breaking the Barries School of Music reserves the right to combine classes with low registrations or cancel under-enrolled classes. You will be notified promptly if this is necessary.
Registrations received after the start of the session will not be prorated. There will be no refunds for missed classes. One make-up class will be offered at the end of the session.
Registration includes a $5 non-refundable registration fee.
