Private Lesson Pricing

Private Music Lessons are provided in 30-minute increments. Individual lesson are able to be focus on one instrument or discipline such as voice or can be broken up in a way to work on two in the same lesson.

Individual lessons 

Monthly music lessons – $140
Join our recurring payment program and save $8 per month! Ask us for details.

Individual private music lessons- $38

Consultation music lesson- $24
($38 with a $14 discount) – perfect for interested students just getting started.

Multi student discounts – Ask us about family discounts for three or more students.

Cancellation & Makeup Policies

  • All private lessons cancellations must be directed through individual teachers.
  • If a student cancels their lesson with at least 24-hour notice, a  makeup lesson can be scheduled with their teacher.
  • An absence without sufficient notice will not be given a makeup lesson.
    *Teachers may choose to provide a make-up lesson at their discretion.
  • Makeup private lessons have no cash value.

Surveillance Policy

For the safety of our students, staff, and visitors, Breaking the Barrier School of Music employs camera surveillance equipment for security purposes. This equipment may or may not be actively monitored.

Surveillance cameras will be utilized only in public areas where there is no “reasonable expectation of privacy”. Public areas may include building entrances, hallways, lobby area, supply rooms, and classrooms.

School surveillance cameras will not be installed in “private” areas such as restrooms, private offices, or changing areas.
